Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping practices applicable to all B2B orders placed with Exalon Promotion Pvt. Ltd.


1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Exalon currently ships within India only for B2B orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Delivery Timeline

2.1 Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days after order placement or completion of production, whichever is applicable.
2.2 Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Shipping charges are calculated based on order size, weight, volume, and delivery location.
3.2 All applicable shipping costs shall be communicated at the time of invoicing.


4. Logistics Partners

4.1 Exalon uses reliable third-party logistics and courier partners for dispatch and delivery.
4.2 Choice of logistics partner shall be at Exalon’s discretion unless otherwise agreed.


5. Transfer of Risk

5.1 Responsibility and risk for the goods shall transfer to the client upon dispatch from Exalon’s facility.
5.2 Exalon shall not be responsible for delays or damages occurring after dispatch.


6. Tracking & Delays

6.1 Shipment tracking details shall be shared once available.
6.2 Delays caused due to courier issues, natural events, strikes, or force majeure shall not be the responsibility of Exalon.
