This Return & Refund Policy applies to all B2B transactions with Exalon Promotion Pvt. Ltd.
1. No Returns for Custom / Private Label Orders
1.1 All custom-made, private label, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2 Once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
2. Standard Product Returns
2.1 Returns for standard, non-custom products may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Exalon’s sole discretion.
2.2 Approval of returns does not guarantee a refund.
3. Return Request Window
3.1 Any return request must be raised within 5–7 days from the date of delivery.
3.2 Requests made after this period shall not be entertained.
4. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns may be considered only in the following cases:

5. Refund Method
5.1 Approved refunds shall be processed via:

Original payment method, or

Credit note for future orders
5.2 Refund timelines may vary based on payment mode and internal verification.
6. Return Process
6.1 Clients must notify Exalon in writing with order details, images, and reason for return.
6.2 Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
6.3 Exalon reserves the right to inspect goods before approving any refund or replacement.
